Bamboo Powder 94: Fermented Aged Bamboo Soil Conditioner for Home Gardens and Agriculture: 50L
【Product Features】
?Made with domestic bamboo: Aged through over a year of fermentation.
?Bamboo is not used fresh (in its green, lactic acid fermented state) to prevent nitrogen starvation (growth disorders). Therefore, it has undergone a fermentation and aging process.
【Ingredients and Effects】
?Bamboo was fermented and aged with lactic acid bacteria, yeast, and natto bacteria (containing over 100 types of enzymes and 9 essential amino acids), along with 100 types of minerals (trace minerals).
Primarily composed of silica, it is rich in over 20 types of amino acids. Its porous nature promotes the establishment of soil microorganisms and improves drainage.
【Case Study 1】
A known komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach) producer experienced a reduction in nitrate nitrogen concentration in their crops, which was suspected of being a carcinogen, from a maximum of 1,200 ppm to 58 ppm. (Commercially available leafy vegetables in supermarkets reportedly have nitrate nitrogen concentrations of 2,000-3,000 ppm.)
【Case Study 2】
A tomato farmer improved their soil, resulting in increased sugar content. Tomatoes that previously floated in water now sink. (Sugar is denser, and tomatoes with a sugar content of 6 or higher will sink.)
Daikon radishes have also begun to sink in water similarly.
【How to Use】
?Example for planter use: Adjust to approximately 5% of the soil volume.
?For fields: Apply 1 liter per 1 square meter and mix with the soil.
【Capacity】
50 L (2 x 25 L bags)
【Nutrient Content】
Total Nitrogen (N) 0.2% Total Phosphorus (P?O?) 0.08%
Total Potassium (K?O) 0.08% pH 6.2
